Our client, a leader in enterprise IT solutions, is seeking a Technician III to join their team. As a Technician III, you will be part of the technical support department supporting various IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, independence, and technical proficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Technician III

**Location:** Madison, WI

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Install, configure, repair, and maintain computer hardware across multiple sites within Wisconsin

+ Travel throughout the state, including overnight stays, to support on-site technical needs

+ Perform equipment replacements and repairs efficiently and effectively

+ Utilize own vehicle to transport hardware such as printers, scanners, and monitors

+ Ensure all technical tasks are completed with attention to quality and safety standards

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in an enterprise IT environment

+ At least 2 years' experience installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

+ Must have own vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license

+ Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin with overnight stays, with mileage reimbursement
