Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the food production industry, is seeking a Req 5563 Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) to join their dedicated team. As a Req 5563 Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift), you will be an integral part of the Maintenance & Engineering department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Req 5563 Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

**Location:** Sturtevant, WI

**Pay Range:** $25.26

**Shift:** Night Shift (9pm - 5am, Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

+ Maintain and repair production and manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

+ Perform regular, preventative, and predictive maintenance tasks on machinery and mechanical systems.

+ Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, including electrical systems and PLC programming issues.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to maximize operational efficiency and safety standards.

+ Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to organize work orders and document maintenance activities accurately.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ Advanced mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery and electrical troubleshooting skills.

+ Experience with load cells, metal detectors, pneumatic cylinders, VFD wiring, and conveyors.

+ Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics, use measuring tools, and perform proper bearing and alignment techniques.
