    Title: Complaint Investigations Tech

    **Location:** Alameda, CA (100% Onsite)

    **Duration:** 6 Months

    **Pay Range:** $27/hr to $31/hr (On W2)

     

    We are looking for a **“Complaint Investigations Tech “** to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Lab Technician to join our Complaint Investigations Lab. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with technical backgrounds to gain hands-on experience in the medical device and biotechnology industry..

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Unpack and sort returned products by product line.

    + Ensure all test equipment is maintained and calibrated.

    + Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

    + Contribute to timely investigation and closure of customer complaints.

    + Maintain detailed and compliant documentation as per FDA and ISO requirements.

    Education:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) with relevant technical experience.

    + Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
