We are currently hiring Senior Technical Business Analysts for our client in Columbus, OH. This position is open for W2 consultants only.
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Principal
Pay Range: $52/hr
What’s the Job?
+ **Senior IT Business Analyst Role:** Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and Agile development teams, translating operational needs into scalable software solutions.
+ **Requirements & Analysis:** Lead requirements elicitation, use case and data modeling, and process mapping to define clear, actionable business and technical requirements.
+ **Energy & B2B Expertise:** Utilize knowledge of energy industry billing, B2B exchanges (including EDI), and data-driven processes to guide enhancements and resolve production issues.
+ **Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration:** Develop detailed user stories in Jira/Azure DevOps, facilitate workshops, and align cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
+ **Data, Process, and Quality Leadership:** Use SQL/Power BI for data insights, drive process improvements, manage application roadmaps, mitigate risks, and ensure solution quality through QA collaboration
What’s Needed?
Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated success in remote team working models.
Basic knowledge of SQL query development is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
