Our client, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join their team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting patient interactions and ensuring exceptional service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Patient Care Representative

**Location:** Plymouth, MI (near Sheldon Rd & M-14) - Hybrid/remote work model available

Pay Range:

**Shift:** Must be available Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (schedule may vary)

What's the Job?

+ Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery

+ Resolve pharmacy-related issues efficiently and professionally

+ Accurately document and enter patient data into the system

+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

+ Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Customer service or call center experience required

+ Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
