Our client, a leader in technology and marketing solutions, is seeking a SLED (State & Local Government and Education) Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join their team.
As a **SLED ABM Manager** , you will be part of the **North America Marketing Department** supporting the **Public Sector Marketing Team** . The ideal candidate will have **strategic thinking** , **collaboration** , and **analytical skills** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** SLED ABM Manager – Campaigns, Content, Media & Personalization
**Location:** Spring, TX (Hybrid – part office, part remote; also open to Vancouver, WA and Washington, DC)
**Pay Range:** $36.98 – $48.41 per hour
What’s the Job?
+ Develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns targeting state agencies, local municipalities, and education institutions.
+ Lead multi-channel programs, including email, virtual/in-person events, LinkedIn, content syndication, and paid media.
+ Design ABM plays that support both 1:1 executive engagement and scalable regional or vertical initiatives.
+ Lead creation of tailored content (whitepapers, solution briefs, case studies, videos) aligned with SLED priorities.
+ Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics, account intent data, and behavioral insights.
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
+ 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; SLED or Public Sector experience strongly preferred.
+ Expertise in ABM campaigns, including content-driven strategies, 1:1 and scalable initiatives.
+ Familiarity with data-driven marketing, ETL processes, and account prioritization tools.
+ Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
