Customer Service Representative (CSR)
**Location:** Mile 9
**Pay Range:** $15 and up (based on experience)
Our client, a leader, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team.
As a CSR, you will be part of the Customer Experience Department, supporting both front-office and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring **strong communication** , **problem-solving** , and **organizational** skills to help ensure smooth customer service and logistical support.
What’s the Job?
+ Provide customer service support via phone and email in English and Spanish.
+ Use CRM systems to manage and document customer interactions.
+ Assist with analyzing billing issues and monthly billing trends.
+ Occasionally step out of the office to check materials in the warehouse.
+ Support inventory counts and coordinate with warehouse staff as needed.
What’s Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent (postsecondary education a plus).
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication).
+ Proficiency with computers and customer service software.
+ Ability to problem-solve and handle tasks under pressure.
+ Willingness to assist with physical inventory and warehouse checks.
