We’re hiring for an A+ food manufacturing client known for operational excellence, reliability, and top-tier production standards. Openings are available on both 2nd and 3rd shift at a fast-paced, highly automated facility.

What You’ll Do

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment

+ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

+ Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis

+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with plant standards

+ Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

What You’ll Bring

+ 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience

+ Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems

+ Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred

+ Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift in a team-driven environment
