    **Pay:** $18/hour

    **Shifts Available:** 2nd shift

    Our client is seeking a dedicated **Machine Operator** to support their production department. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, gain hands-on experience, and grow your career.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Operate and monitor plastic molding machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    + Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met; make necessary adjustments.

    + Record machine settings and maintain accurate production logs.

    + Collaborate across shifts and departments to resolve operational issues.

    + Communicate with Quality Control regarding sample requests and product concerns.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Previous experience as a machine operator or process technician in a manufacturing setting.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple production lines.

    + High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

    + Willingness to assist with tooling changes and general maintenance.
