Our client, a leader in technology and marketing solutions, is seeking a Federal ABM Manager – Campaigns, Content, Media & Personalization to join their team.
As a **Federal ABM Manager** , you will be part of the **North America Marketing Department** , supporting the **Public Sector Marketing Team** . The ideal candidate will have **strong strategic thinking** , **collaboration** , and **analytical skills** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Federal ABM Manager – Campaigns, Content, Media & Personalization
**Location:** Spring, TX (Hybrid – part office, part remote)
**Pay Range:** $36.98 – $48.41 per hour
What’s the Job?
+ Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting U.S. federal agencies.
+ Lead integrated programs across channels, including email, events, paid media, and digital platforms.
+ Partner with content and sales teams to design assets that align with federal missions and procurement cycles.
+ Manage personalization strategies and optimize digital journeys to drive engagement.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, field marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and measurable impact.
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; federal or public sector experience strongly preferred.
+ Proven expertise in ABM strategy and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Folloze, or Demandbase.
+ Strong understanding of federal buying cycles and mission-driven priorities.
+ Excellent communication and project management skills with an analytical mindset.
