Our client, a leading organization in electrical connection and protection solutions, is seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Technicians to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Technician, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** 2nd Shift Warehouse Technicians

**Location:** New Berlin, WI

**Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour + $3.00 per hour shift premium

**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

What's the Job?

+ Pick orders accurately using a smartphone-like device and motorized transport

+ Complete daily 5S tasks to maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness

+ Receive inbound shipments and assist with outbound order packing and auditing

+ Follow safety policies and meet productivity standards consistently

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements

What's Needed?

+ Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail

+ Ability to accurately match visual information on a device with product labels

+ Focus on precise counting to ensure correct order fulfillment

+ Basic addition and multiplication skills

+ Ability to operate motorized equipment safely and work on your feet for extended periods
