    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Design Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting innovative projects and technological advancements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Electrical Design Engineer

    **Location:** High Point, NC

    **Pay Range:** $42-$45/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electrical equipment, including machinery controls, wiring, and lighting systems.

    + Evaluate the cost-effectiveness, reliability, and safety of various design models to ensure optimal performance.

    + Estimate project timelines and costs to facilitate efficient project management and delivery.

    + Simulate and test machine, structure, and system operations to validate design integrity.

    + Investigate and test vendor and competitor products to maintain competitive edge and innovation.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

    + 2-4 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on automotive applications.

    + Proficiency in reading and creating wiring schematics and diagrams.

    + Experience with CAD software, preferably CREO, is preferred.

    + Strong analytical skills, creativity, and effective communication abilities.
