Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Software Development Engineer 4 to join their team. As a Software Development Engineer 4, you will be part of the Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Development Department supporting Enterprise Applications and Automation Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Software Development Engineer 4
Pay Range: $55/hr. – $60/hr.
Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Dynamics 365 / Dataverse Development – Hands-on experience building model-driven apps, BPFs, command bars/ribbons, and solution layering.
2. C#/.NET & PCF Development – Proficiency in plugins, custom APIs, and TypeScript/React for PCF components.
3. Power Platform & Automation Expertise – Mastery of Power Automate, Power Pages, environment administration, and integration with SharePoint and Dynamics events.
What’s the Job?
+ Design and build Dynamics 365/Dataverse model-driven apps, including forms, views, and business process flows to streamline case and engagement workflows.
+ Develop C#/.NET plugins, custom APIs, and PCF controls to enhance UX and implement specialized business scenarios.
+ Automate business processes and communications using Power Automate integrated with Dynamics events and SharePoint.
+ Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) including Solutions, Azure DevOps pipelines, code reviews, and environment promotion across DEV, PPE, UAT, and PROD.
+ Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize workflows, build failures, and production issues while ensuring compliance with SDL and service classification guidance.
What’s Needed?
+ 4+ years of hands-on experience building solutions on Dynamics 365/Dataverse and Power Platform.
+ Proficiency in C#/.NET (plugins, custom APIs) and TypeScript/React for PCF development.
+ Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Pages, and environment administration.
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
+ Demonstrated UX/UI sensibility, including simplification of forms, information architecture improvements, and collaboration with PM/Design teams.
