    Our client, a leading pet food manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated and motivated 3rd Shift Team Lead to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Team Lead, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations, supporting multiple departments and ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** 3rd Shift Team Lead

    **Location:** Dunkirk, NY

    **Pay Range:** $27.13/hour

    **Shift:** 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Supervise and support team members during the third shift to meet production goals

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

    + Manage shift schedules and coordinate daily operations effectively

    + Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on shift activities

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 1 year of management and manufacturing experience

    + Strong communication skills and adaptability

    + Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

    + Bilingual skills and computer proficiency are preferred

    + Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
