Our client is seeking a **Business Analyst** to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Product Management team supporting various departments including marketing, sales, e-commerce, and consumer insights. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** St. Louis, MO (Onsite, Full-time, 40 hours/week
**Work Schedule:** Onsite Monday through Thursday, Remote on Fridays)
What's the Job?
+ Analyze data across multiple domains such as consumer behavior, digital media, and business processes to support strategic decision-making.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to gather, examine, and document business requirements.
+ Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and develop high-quality data products.
+ Refine and manage a backlog of user stories in partnership with technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
+ Participate actively in agile ceremonies and team meetings to promote continuous improvement and project progress.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with marketing data and digital metrics.
+ Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Experience with business analysis techniques, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and working within agile teams.
