Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate

**Location:** Minneapolis, MN

**Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour

**Shift:** 3:00PM - 11:30PM

What's the Job?

+ Operate and monitor extruder machinery to ensure continuous production uptime.

+ Produce high-quality products efficiently, adhering to customer specifications and safety standards.

+ Set up and start extruder equipment, checking all controls for proper operation and safety compliance.

+ Assist with weighing, packaging, and documentation to support smooth production flow.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, following safety and housekeeping protocols.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Manufacturing or industrial operations experience is preferred but not required.

+ Valid forklift operator’s license is a plus.

+ Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 55 pounds regularly.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
