    based at our Headquarters office in **Greenville, NC** .

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    + Provide leadership through assisted strategy setting, facilitating vendor and customer requirements sessions, mentoring, and guidance on specifications and work plans.

    + Guide and develop others in your area of technical specialty while helping to set strategy, install, monitor, and oversee complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

    + Deliver efficient, customer-friendly, and in-control technology solutions that align with best practices and ensure consistent, reliable performance for end users.

    + Implement approved enhancements and improvements to systems and processes as requested and necessary.

    + Define and guide the implementation of forward-looking, innovative, and productivity-enhancing initiatives.

    + Set, manage, and enforce standards for consistency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement across technical functions.

    + Model excellent communication by regularly engaging with customers and peers, providing education, and assisting others in your area of expertise.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED / EDUCATION:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

    + Minimum of 7 years of related experience.

    SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

    + Demonstrated people management experience.

    + Strong technical expertise across infrastructure or applications disciplines, including systems management, implementation, and process improvement.

    + Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with experience managing technical resources, vendors, and projects.

    + Solid understanding of professional practices and standards related to technical specialty areas.

    + Experience with project and vendor management, including Project Management Institute exposure or NPMM training.

    + Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills with a service and results-oriented mindset.

    + Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation within a technical environment.

    + Active involvement or certification in relevant industry organizations is preferred.
