About the Role

**This internship is only for undergraduate students at North American colleges/universities with Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation dates**

Twitch is looking for a Security Engineering Intern to join our Product Security team. The team is responsible for removing security anti-patterns from Twitch’s source code and infrastructure and helping drive security outcomes across the company for a variety of challenges. **Project-Based Learning at Scale** : Twitch operates at a massive scale, requiring us to push the boundaries of technology and experiment with techniques used by only the largest websites. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging engineering problems in the industry, making every project a valuable learning experience.

You can work from San Francisco, CA.

You Will:

+ Participate in Product Security related review and consultation of Twitch services

+ Contribute to program and process design and improvements

You Have:

+ **BA/BS Graduation Year: Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. No Masters/PhD**

+ Capability to think through a security problem and present a reasonable solution

+ Experience in understanding Go, or object-oriented style of programming languages

+ Prior experience in cloud infrastructure

+ Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment

The base pay for this position ranges from $71.84 hr in our lowest geographic market up to $71.84hr in our highest geographic market.
