Print Production Specialist

Adecco is hiring for a **Print Production Specialist** in Richmond, VA. This role supports print and production operations by converting digital artwork, preparing print proofs, managing flexographic plates, and maintaining quality standards across production.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Convert digital artwork for proprietary digital press
+ Create and revise print proofs for internal and external use
+ Maintain artwork databases and manage plate inventory
+ Prepare production materials (skid tags, proofs, orders)
+ Support cross-functional teams in production, customer service, and QC
+ Troubleshoot artwork and pre-press issues, including after-hours support
Qualifications:
+ 2–3 years of print production or pre-press experience
+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management
+ Familiar with color process, typography, and flexographic printing
+ High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
Preferred (Not Required):
+ Experience with SQL or SAP Business One

**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
