Adecco Search is avcitvely recruiting for a Maintenance Mechanic in Rochester, NY. You will be working for a global plastic injection mold company that is growing! The Maintenance Mechanic will support the organization by performing repairs and preventive maintenanve on production and facilities equipment. The Maintenance Mechanic will offer an hourly rate, a $3.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL, overtime, excellent benefits, 401K, PTO and a monthly and annual bonus.

Key Reponsibilities for the Maintenance Mechanic in Rochester, NY:

+ Troubleshooting, service and repair of all production related equipment. o Includes mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems and robots.

+ Preventive maintenance on assigned machinery and facilities equipment.

+ Perform repairs in an efficient and timely manner.

Required Skills and Experience for the Maintenance Mechanic in Rochester, NY:

+ Trade School, Apprenticeship, Technical associate degree or Work-Related Experience preferred.

+ Ability to think critically and problem-solve.

+ Mechanical ability and skill set.

+ Self-motivated with own tools.

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to recognize and recommend improvements to machine and/or cell layouts.

+ Must possess a valid driver’s license.
