Registered Nurse (RN) – Contract to Hire
**Location:** 5935 7th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 5 days/week
**Pay** -48.16/HR
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our healthcare team in Zephyrhills, FL. This is a **contract-to-hire** position with the potential for full-time conversion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in acute care settings and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Top Responsibilities:
+ Provide direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and physician instructions
+ Monitor and document patient condition and response to treatments
+ Perform assessments and administer medications and treatments
+ Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) for charting and documentation
+ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care planning
+ Manage wound care and IV insertions
+ Respond effectively to medical emergencies
+ Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and follow-up care
Required Qualifications:
+ High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
+ Associate's or bachelor’s degree in nursing or science
+ **Active Florida RN license**
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross) — or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
+ Minimum **2 years of experience** in Med-Surg, ER, ICU, or Acute Care
+ Proficiency in **Electronic Health Records (EHR)**
+ Familiarity with **Microsoft Office** applications
**Pay Details:** $48.16 per hour
