Responsibilities for a User Acceptance Tester include but are not limited to:

+ Execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on business and system requirements.

+ Identify, document, and track software defects; collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure resolution.

+ Participate in demo sessions and sprint reviews, providing usability and functionality feedback.

+ Automate manual test cases to enhance testing efficiency.

+ Support continuous improvement by contributing to best practices and process enhancements.

Candidates for the User Acceptance Tester must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ 3+ years of experience in software testing (UAT or QA).

+ Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally).

+ Experience performing both manual and automated testing.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ API testing experience using tools such as POSTMAN or Rest Assured; strong understanding of HTTP protocols and response validation.

Preferred Skills:

+ Database testing: ability to write NoSQL queries, understand schemas, and validate data integrity.

+ End-to-end process thinking: capable of designing real-world test scenarios to identify potential system gaps.

+ Risk assessment and prioritization: strong analytical skills to focus testing efforts effectively.

+ Adaptability and business acumen to quickly learn new processes and systems.

+ Strong stakeholder communication and ability to facilitate requirement clarification sessions.

+ Pay: $39.46 – $53.51 per hour

+ Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

**Pay Details:** $39.45 to $53.51 per hour
