Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with Call Center background/experience seeking new opportunities in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area? If so, Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting one of our largest pharmaceutical clients in their search to add a **Customer Service Representatives** to their team in **Wilkes-Barre, PA** !
Schedule
Upon hire you will work full-time Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
Pay Rate
The wage for this position is between $15.50 and $16.99. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
What you'll be doing:
+ Respond to telephone inquiries and orders from homecare patients and referral sources.
+ Provide information on equipment, supplies and services. Determines the best method for providing services.
+ Assist walk-in patients with the selection of equipment, supplies and services. Timely processing/facilitation of patient orders
+ Process telephone orders by preparing patient paperwork.
+ Verify insurance and/or other method of payment.
+ Complete all necessary paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner to facilitate the data entry, accounts receivable and delivery of the order placed.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
+ Minimum 1 year of related experience
+ Call center experience
+ High call volume experience
+ Data entry skills
+ Strong attention to detail

**Pay Details:** $15.50 to $16.99 per hour
