CNC Operator – Littleton, NH
**Pay:** $22.13/hr
**Shift:** 3rd Shift, Sunday–Thursday, 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
**Type:** Temp-to-Hire
**Bonus:** $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days (based on performance/attendance)

What You’ll Do:
+ Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and form metal workpieces to exact specifications.
+ Review blueprints, specs, and production schedules to plan machining sequences.
+ Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
+ Maintain production logs and report discrepancies to CNC Specialists or Supervisors.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Ability to read and interpret tape measures or other measuring devices.
+ CNC or machine operator experience preferred.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use basic hand tools.
+ Must speak and understand English and follow instructions.
Physical & Work Environment:
+ Regularly lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
+ Manual dexterity for precise assembly.
+ Exposure to noise, dust, grease, and oils.
+ Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and reach above shoulders (~25% of the time).
+ Near and far vision and hearing (aids permitted) required.
+ Understanding of MSDS and safe handling of hazardous materials.

**Pay Details:** $22.13 per hour
