Now Hiring: Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health
Schedule: 13 weeks | Day shift, 8-430, M-F & will rotate 1 Saturday every 6-8 weeks
IMPORTANT: Must reside 50 or more miles from zip code 54409
Key Responsibilities:
+ Implement a comprehensive range of therapeutic techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain
+ Utilize assistive devices effectively to support patient function and independence
+ Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies to support long-term outcomes
+ Will work with adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis
+ Will have 4-5 visits on average per day
Qualifications:
+ Current WI state licensure as a Physical Therapist
+ Current AHA BLS is required
+ Experience in home health settings is preferred
Pay Breakdown:
+ $1,184 per week (taxable)
+ $1,246 weekly per diem (non-taxable)
+ Mileage reimbursed at government approved rate
**Pay Details:** $2,430.00 per week
