    Key Responsibilities

    + Contribute to configuration and maintenance of Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, Peakon and integrations.

    + Implement business process changes and enhancements based on stakeholder requirements.

    + Build and maintain custom reports including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Trending Reports, Search Reports, Composite Reports, and Transposed Reports

    + Build, configure, and maintain custom dashboards to personalize user experience, enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and provide strategic workforce insights.

    + Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday solutions.

    + Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services) with assistance from a Workday developer when needed.

    + Ensure data quality and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

    + Participate in implementation and testing of new Workday features.

    + Train end-users and create user guides or training materials as needed.

    + Provide day-to-day support for Workday users, resolving system issues and answering functional questions

    Qualifications

    + Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

    + 2–3 years of experience working as a Workday Administrator or Analyst.

    + Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Proven communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

    + Experience with report writing and data validation in Workday.

    + Experience with calculated fields, custom reports, and data source management

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vLOOKUP, xLOOKUP, data analysis)

    + Familiarity with integration tools such as EIB, RaaS, and Workday Studio is a plus.

    Preferred Attributes/Skills

    + Workday Pro certified

    + Understanding of compliance requirements related to HR data, leave tracking and payroll.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    + Knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow and project management databases., Deltek Vantagepoint.

    Salary Range:

    $72,000 - $85,000
