    **Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Lockbox Specialist (Level I) opportunities in Dallas, TX (onsite).** This is an excellent opportunity to join a team-oriented environment within a fast-paced, high-volume operation.     **Location:** Onsite in Dallas, TX

    **Shift:** Friday-Tuesday 6:30am-3pm

    **Pay Rate:** $18.00

    Responsibilities for a Lockbox Specialist (Level I) include but are not limited to:

    • Perform day-to-day scanning and imaging of customer and client documents received via U.S. Mail, overnight mail, and local courier.

    • Operate high-speed imaging/scanning machinery in a continuous production environment.

    • Ensure all documents are scanned accurately and meet department quality standards.

    • Identify and process different document workflows and ensure appropriate retention handling.

    • Conduct routine user maintenance on scanning equipment.

    • Handle and process cash, credit card payments, and foreign items as applicable.

    Candidates for Lockbox Specialist (Level I) must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

    • Basic PC knowledge and comfort using imaging/scanning systems.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
