    Job Title:** **Assembly Equipment Technician (Tech I or Tech II)

    **Location:** Durham, NC

    Pay Range:

    + **Tech I:** $20.00 – $ 24.00/hour

    + **Tech II:** $24.00 – $ 32.00/hour

    Position Overview

    Adecco is seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined **Assembly Equipment Technician** to join our Durham manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling, building, and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems used in the Inovoject and related equipment. Candidates should be experienced in using tools, reading blueprints and schematics, and performing hands-on assembly and repair work in a technical production environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Work from wiring, electrical, and mechanical diagrams, equipment drawings, and work instructions to assemble, construct, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

    + Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical and pneumatic devices used on the Inovoject system.

    + Maintain detailed build documentation and organize production records efficiently.

    + Assist with part rebuilds and component repairs when needed.

    + Learn and apply new techniques for assembling prototype and advanced systems.

    + Collaborate with engineering to document equipment changes and suggest process improvements for performance, quality, and efficiency.

    + Support assembly and testing of new technologies and prototype builds.

    + Maintain personal tools, shop floor inventory, and an organized, clean workspace.

    + Partner with the Manufacturing Manager to improve workflow and reduce assembly time or costs.

    + Coordinate with Quality Control on device repairs and shipment readiness.

    Technician II Additional Responsibilities:

    + Document and communicate process or equipment improvements.

    + Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems.

    + Cross-train on multiple devices and systems in the assembly process.

    Qualifications

    Technician I:

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + 1–2 years of relevant experience in assembly, electrical, or mechanical systems.

    + Associate degree in Engineering Technology preferred.

    Technician II:

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + 2–4 years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical or pneumatic systems.

    + Associate degree in Engineering Technology preferred.
