Job Title: Formulation Technician I

Pay Rate: $16.00 – $ 25.30/hour

Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Overtime and weekends as needed)

As a Formulation Technician I, you’ll work in a collaborative lab environment focused on synthesizing and testing ion exchange media used in chromatography consumables.

+ Test resin products using specialized instruments to meet customer demand.

+ Accurately record and report test results; maintain documentation per procedures.

+ Complete production work orders following established quality standards.

+ Follow all corporate quality and safety requirements, actively contributing to safety initiatives.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory workspace.

**Education** :

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Experience** :

+ No prior experience required.

+ Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or lab settings.

Skills & Abilities:

+ Knowledge of Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices (GLP/GMP).

+ Strong math, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

+ Effective verbal and written communication.

+ Ability to read and follow written SOPs and verbal instructions.

+ Familiarity with hand tools (wrenches, torque drivers, tweezers, etc.).

+ Proficiency with spreadsheets and database software.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

+ Ability to lift/move items

+ Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity required.

+ Visual ability to detect small components and particles.

+ Exposure to chemicals, fumes, and moderate noise levels.

+ PPE required: lab coat, safety glasses, gloves, face shield, and safety shoes (all company-provided).

+ P95 mask required in solvent fume areas.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $23.00 per hour
