NOW HIRING – Assembly Technician (1st Shift)
**Location:** Horsham, PA
Pay:** $18/hour + **weekly pay
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
**Benefits:** Available after your first paycheck!
Job Summary:
Adecco is hiring for **Assembly Technicians** in Horsham, PA! This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team. You'll perform **mechanical and electro-mechanical sub-assembly work** , including basic soldering, assembly under a microscope, and testing. Training is provided, and previous soldering or small-parts assembly experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform assembly operations: wire bonding, soldering, spot welding, staking, or epoxying
+ Work under a microscope to assemble small components
+ Hand solder pins, cables, and components to PC boards
+ Operate ultrasonic welding equipment
+ Attach various components (ICs, resistors, etc.) to PCBs
+ Perform oil-fill and life-testing operations
+ Maintain clean and organized work area
+ Rotate between workstations as needed
+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
+ Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
+ Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions
+ Comfortable working with small parts under a microscope
+ Basic computer skills
+ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
+ Previous soldering experience or certificate preferred
+ Team player with good communication skills
+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
