Position Summary
The Campaign Manager for Medicaid Onboarding will drive the development and execution of the new high-impact digital-first Member Welcome & Onboarding member experience. This role is accountable for simplifying the member journey and delivering effective marketing campaigns that drive measurable ROI. In addition, the Campaign Manager collaborates closely with key partners and stakeholders across the Medicaid Business and local markets to simplify the health care journey for members through advanced personalization and segmentation, helping members maximize the value of their Aetna health plan. This role involves managing a multi-faceted process, and working cross-functionally to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business results, including improved quality metrics and cost efficiencies.
Responsibilities include:
+ Helping launch the digital-first Welcome & Onboarding experience, including creative strategy, targeting, execution, with member level personalization.
+ Drive innovation by integrating new technologies, tools, and methodologies into campaigns.
+ Attention to detail and passion for accuracy and compliance.
+ Test and implement fresh approaches to engage target audiences effectively.
+ Provide recommendations on optimizing campaigns based on data/research/insights.
+ Partner with internal and external creative teams to produce compelling, on-brand content.
+ Partnering cross-functionally with Medicaid Product, local markets, MarTech, Marketing B2C and external partners to simplify the member onboarding experience.
+ Responsible for cost savings via call reduction and print suppression initiatives.

Required Qualifications
+ **Program and Project Management:** Experience in managing workstreams or campaigns within a complex initiative from conceptions to execution. Proven ability to work on complex initiatives from conception to execution.
+ **Marketing Expertise:** Solid background in B2C and/or B2B marketing, with experience in developing marketing strategies, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and best practices.
+ **Industry Knowledge:** Experience in health insurance/healthcare, product, marketing, agency management, and providing well-rounded perspective on strategic marketing initiatives. Familiarity with Medicaid managed care plans preferred.
+ **Marketing Tenure:** 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution.
+ **Presentation Skills:** Proficient in creating impactful presentations with PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
+ **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with campaign / project management and performance reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Workfront, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
Education
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field, or equivalent experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
