Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines while also addressing facility maintenance needs. Your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems will be essential.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
+ Service and maintain 3- and 4-axis CNC machines.
+ Maintain and repair Fanuc RoboDrill vertical machining centers, Universal Robots collaborative robotic arms, and Fanuc industrial robots.
+ Replace worn components such as ball screws, linear guides, bearings, and belts.
+ Maintain CNC controls including FANUC and Okuma OSP.
+ Diagnose spindle, servo, and drive issues.
+ Update PM schedules and maintain accurate records in the CMMS.
+ Support the integration of robotic machine-tending systems.
+ Assist with facility systems including compressed air and electrical panels.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in maintaining CNC equipment, particularly with Okuma, Nakamura, and Fanuc.
+ Strong knowledge of CNC controls, schematics, and troubleshooting.
+ Familiarity with robotics and automation systems.
+ Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with various metals, primarily brass.
+ Capability to work with and learn different finishes for various product lines.

Work Environment
Work in an extremely clean, large three-floor facility where maintaining a tidy workspace is a priority. This is a family-owned company with over 200 employees, specializing in the design and production of faucets for schools, hospitals, and labs. You will work primarily with brass and be trained in various metal finishes, using equipment such as acme buffers and polishers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
