Description
Dishwasher
Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workspaces and storage areas
Follow proper disinfection procedures and food safety standards
Support Kitchen Operations
Assist with meal preparation and food handling as needed
Help organize and stock supplies
Ensure workstations are clean and orderly
Team Collaboration
Work closely with kitchen staff and dietary team members
Take out trash

Food Service (Patient Dining Associate)
The Patient Dining Associate is responsible for providing meal service to patients in the hospital, which includes a variety of tasks such as menu selections, tray assembly, catering rounds, tray delivery and retrieval, and recording of intake and calorie counts
The associate will also handle special requests and maintain galley and floor stock, ensuring that nourishment is delivered efficiently to patients
The associate will be expected to deliver meals to assigned areas, document meals and calorie intake, and round on patients to ensure their dietary needs are met in accordance with departmental expectations
This position plays a crucial role in the overall patient experience by ensuring that meal services are delivered promptly and accurately, contributing to the health and satisfaction of patients during their stay at the hospital
Delivers patient meals to assigned areas and documents meals and calorie intake
Rounds on patients in accordance with department expectations
Assembles meal trays and menus in accordance with guidelines
Communicates patient diets, delivery of meals, and special requests with the patient care team
Order Taker
For first half of shift contractors will be sitting in an office and calling each patient room and taking lunch orders. Once all order are taken they will help build trays and do whatever else the team needs done. Responsible for performing a variety of food service functions such as setting up of service areas with food, utensils, and garnishments, food portioning, serving, sanitation, assembling patient trays and assisting with customer requests.

• Uses equipment and materials properly and safely.
Can work with a team- compassion, patient facing for PDA
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
