Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

Join our innovative team as a Welder, where you will be responsible for welding composite materials together using heat steaming techniques. You will operate an iron on a fixed track clamped to a table, pushing it back and forth to weld materials into a roll. Occasionally, you may use a handheld 2lb iron for touch-ups if welds break. This role involves standing in place all day, performing simple, repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Operate a welding iron on a fixed track to weld composite materials.

+ Use a handheld iron for touch-ups when necessary.

+ Stand in place all day performing repetitive tasks.

+ Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality welds.

+ Meet production goals and work with minimal supervision.

Essential Skills

+ General production experience.

+ Prior manufacturing experience in repetitive work such as assembly or line work.

+ Ability to work independently and maintain focus on tasks.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality control.

+ Good vision for spotting fine details.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior assembly or line work experience is ideal.

+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working independently.

+ Ability to listen to music or audiobooks while working.

+ Reliable with good attendance and a positive attitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
