Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Inventory Specialist responsible for managing inventory control processes and ensuring accurate inventory levels within our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
+ Manage 60-75 packing slips daily, ensuring repetitive tasks are completed accurately by matching part numbers to the correct location.
+ Perform cycle counting and inventory control to maintain accurate inventory levels.
+ Receive and process packing slips efficiently and accurately.
+ Execute movements within SAP, including handling products and components within manufacturing plants.
+ Enter data accurately and efficiently into inventory management systems, primarily using SAP and Excel.
+ Maintain high attention to detail when working with thousands of component parts that vary based on a 13-digit skew number.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in inventory control software such as SAP and Excel, including the use of pivot tables and V-lookups.
+ Strong computer skills and the ability to maneuver within inventory management systems.
+ High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
+ Experience with inventory management systems and software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience with SAP inventory systems is a plus.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with 8-hour days and a flexible start time between 6 am and 8 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodinville, Washington.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
