    Job Title: Industrial Painter

    **Location:** Tulsa, OK

    **Job Type:** Contract to Hire

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    Position Overview

    We are currently seeking a skilled **Industrial Painter** to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and hands-on experience in industrial painting processes. You’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying coatings using professional spray equipment to ensure a high-quality finish on all products.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming

    + Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes using industrial spray equipment

    + Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment, including spray booths and ventilation systems

    + Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity, quality, and adherence to specifications

    + Perform touch-ups and rework as needed to meet quality standards

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 2–4 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field

    + Experience with airless and HVLP spray systems

    + Familiarity with various industrial coatings and application methods

    + Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

    + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.)

    + Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations related to painting operations

     

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based in a **non-climate controlled manufacturing facility** with a dedicated paint booth. Candidates should be comfortable working in physically active conditions and around industrial equipment.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
