Electrical Engineer – Defense Systems | Onsite in Tucson, AZ | Secret Clearance Required

About the Role:
As part of Raytheon’s Test Equipment Engineering Directorate, you’ll work in multidisciplinary teams to design and develop advanced test systems for both engineering and production environments. You’ll be involved in every stage of the test product lifecycle—from concept and design to integration and troubleshooting.
What You’ll Do:
+ Design and integrate test systems for Raytheon defense products
+ Develop test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and circuit designs
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical, cost, and schedule goals are met
+ Identify and resolve issues during development and implementation phases
What You Bring:
+ 2–5 years of electrical engineering experience in a defense-related environment
+ Active Secret Clearance
+ Strong skills in electrical design, schematics, and test equipment integration
+ Ability to work independently and in team settings to solve complex problems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr.
