    Job Overview

    Join one of the largest utilities in the U.S. as a Billing Operations Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for millions of customers. You’ll be the go-to expert for analyzing billing anomalies and driving improvements in the Oracle CC&B platform.

    What You’ll Do

    + Analyze billing data from Oracle CC&B to identify trends in unbilled or delayed accounts

    + Develop and present operational, performance, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

    + Manage large datasets for deep-dive analysis and reporting

    + Investigate root causes of billing issues using Excel and CC&B tools

    + Support Billing IT projects: gather criteria, create/approve test conditions, and assist with Change Management

    + Troubleshoot operational and IT issues, coordinating with internal departments

    + Monitor smart meter data flow from Itron through MDM into CC&B

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
