    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. The role involves handling metal parts, which are cleaned and finished through a machine-based process. You will also have the opportunity to work in different areas like electro-polishing when needed. This position requires occasional documentation using Microsoft Excel for light data entry tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Hang metal parts on machines for cleaning and finishing processes.

    + Lift parts weighing between 5-50 pounds.

    + Work flexibly in other areas such as electro-polishing as required.

    + Perform light data entry and documentation in Excel.

    + Pinch and hook metal parts together for racking.

    Essential Skills

    + 6+ months of manufacturing experience.

    + Stable work history.

    + Good hand strength and dexterity.

    + Ability to read and write in English.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with racking, machine operation, and general labor.

    + Familiarity with packaging, metal finishing, plating, coating, and assembly lines.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

    Work Environment

     

    You will be working on an anodizing line, where standing throughout the shift is required. Our facility is large and air-conditioned with good ventilation, ensuring no chemical odors. The environment might be somewhat dark and a bit dirty, typical of manufacturing settings. We operate on a first shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and a second shift from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, Monday through Friday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
