Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team of technicians in maintaining and optimizing manufacturing equipment, including robotics and automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs. This role requires strategic oversight of maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the facility.

+ Lead troubleshooting and diagnostics of complex manufacturing equipment issues.

+ Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of robotics and automation systems.

+ Ensure efficient use of Allen Bradley PLCs for system control and optimization.

+ Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to guide maintenance procedures.

+ Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.

+ Train and mentor maintenance staff to uphold safety and performance standards.

+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support operational goals.

+ Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks.

+ Monitor and report on equipment performance and maintenance metrics.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in industrial maintenance leadership.

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.

+ Expertise in automated equipment and robotics systems.

+ Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs and related control systems.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Additional Qualifications

+ Prior experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.

+ Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

+ Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

+ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $49.00/hr.
