Cable Assembler – Contract to Hire

• **Location:** Centennial, CO

• **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: Ranges from $24-$26/HR

What You’ll Be Doing

Join a hands-on role where you’ll help build cable and wire harnesses used in aerospace and electronics. You’ll work with tools and materials to assemble parts, follow detailed instructions, and ensure everything meets high-quality standards.

Your day-to-day will include:

+ Assembling cables and wires using tools and machines

+ Reading work instructions and verifying part numbers

+ Cutting, stripping, and prepping cables

+ Loading connectors, applying labels, and using heat shrink

+ Building harnesses on assembly boards

+ Keeping your workspace clean and safe

+ Following safety guidelines and work schedules

What You’ll Need

+ High school diploma or GED

+ 3–5 months of experience in electronics or assembly work

+ Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have!)

+ IPC 620/610 or J-STD-001 certifications

+ Experience with soldering, crimping, and reading blueprints

+ Background in aerospace or electromechanical assembly

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
