Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking general laborer to join our construction team. This role involves various tasks on-site to support construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with loading and unloading materials.
+ Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
+ Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
+ Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying materials.
+ Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
+ Conduct cycle counting and manage inventory.
+ Pull inventory for assembly.
+ Utilize ERP systems.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with power tools and hand tools.
+ Familiarity with construction and cleaning processes.
+ Ability to haul materials efficiently.
+ Attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1+ years of experience in a labor role.
+ Positive outlook and go-getter mentality.
+ Ability to work assigned schedules as defined by production needs.
+ Straddle Carrier experience is a nice-to-have.

Work Environment
Work from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday on a 1st Shift from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm or a 2nd Shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, with overtime available. This is an on-site opportunity in a brand new, climate-controlled facility with modern machinery. The company focuses on multi-family living, assisted living, and hospitality development sectors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
