    About the Role

     

    Join a leading cardboard manufacturing company in Oklahoma City as a **Cleanroom Operator** . In this hands-on role, you'll start as a utility worker, playing a vital part in the production process. From loading raw materials to inspecting and packaging finished products, your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality goods to customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery to load raw materials and manage production processes.

    + Inspect and package finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Coordinate the movement of products to inventory and shipping areas.

    + Follow safety protocols and production guidelines to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial settings.

    + Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in a semi-climate-controlled environment.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude, including the ability to count accurately and use a tape measure.

    + Flexibility to work weekends and operate machinery as needed.

    Preferred Experience

    + Experience in paper manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or warehouse production.

    + Familiarity with production, inspection, and machine operation processes.

    Work Environment & Schedule

    + **Training** : Two-week orientation with classroom and hands-on instruction.

    + Training Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

    + **Shifts Available** :

    + Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

    + Third Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

    + **Safety First** : Company provides PPE including eye protection, gloves, safety vests, and ear protection. Steel-toed shoes are supplied by the contractor.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
