Job Title: Production Operator - 1st Shift
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Operator, where you will be using hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies utilized across different fields. You will be involved in quality checks and follow step-by-step instructions accessed through computer programs.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
+ Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components.
+ Perform quality checks on assembled parts before proceeding to the next steps.
+ Use computers to access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions.
+ Log into multiple programs to access correct instructions for the assembly process.
Essential Skills
+ Basic computer operation skills.
+ Experience in production and assembly processes.
+ Ability to use hand tools and perform soldering.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 year of assembly experience is preferred.
+ 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.
+ Experience in picking and packaging is advantageous.
+ Customer service experience is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
