Job Title: Digital Die Cutter Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Digital Die Cutter Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a digital die cutter machine, ensuring the smooth flow of products from packaging to shipping. This role requires both technical acumen and a dedication to improving quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate the digital die cutter machine.

+ Load various materials such as paper, card stock, and cardboard into the machine.

+ Make adjustments using both the computer on the machine and hand tools for physical modifications.

+ Own and oversee the workflow of products being packaged and shipped.

+ Contribute to setting up and tearing down jobs to ensure timely product delivery.

+ Continuously seek ways to improve quality and efficiency in the production process.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ year of experience in machine operation or leadership.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

+ Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Production experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
