    Job Title: Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking multiple Operators for various open roles. Ideal candidates will have a background in manufacturing or trades, particularly with experience using measuring tools and working with decimals.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machines and equipment efficiently.

    + Perform assembly tasks according to blueprints and schematics.

    + Conduct general production and inspection tasks using microscopes and other tools.

    + Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.

    + Work in medical assembly and cleanroom environments, focusing on medical device production.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in machine operation and assembly.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.

    + Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

    + Experience with decimals and precise measurement.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in medical device assembly.

    + Ability to work with hand tools and in a cleanroom environment.

    This position is based in a large manufacturing facility with over 250 employees on site. The environment is equipped with a wide array of machinery and equipment, operating in a safe, clean, and temperature-controlled setting. The company is a global market leader in nitinol, providing state-of-the-art facilities mainly for the medical industry.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethel, Connecticut.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
