Job Title: Compounder
Job Description
Join our team as a Compounder on the 1st Shift, working from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. This position requires flexibility to work weekends and up to 70 hours per week consistently. Your role will involve weighing and measuring bulk ingredients into manufacturing drums for blending, verifying formula records and work orders, and confirming inventory levels and availability prior to batching.
Responsibilities
+ Weigh and measure bulk ingredients into manufacturing drums for blending.
+ Verify formula records and work orders.
+ Confirm inventory levels and availability prior to batching.
+ Interpret raw materials on the batch sheet.
+ Verify and stage raw materials to the appropriate area.
+ Document all processing steps in the batch record.
+ Adhere to cGMP, SOP, and OSHA guidelines.
+ Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the batch room, including mopping and washing utensils used in batching.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in mixing, compounding, production, and blending.
+ Experience with batch mixing and batch record documentation.
+ Ability to read and write in English.
+ Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds.
+ Capability to stand for 8 hours.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Batch mixing/compounding experience preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vernon Hills, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
