Position Summary:
CVS Health is seeking an experienced Developer, with strong cloud/systems background, to work on exciting projects implementing security-as-code in a large multi-cloud environment, building/enhancing modern frameworks, DevOps tools & processes. This is a senior role requiring hands-on development across a multi-cloud environment
Job Responsibilities:
+ Design & build automated controls to monitor and enforce security policies across all hyperscale cloud providers - GCP, Azure & AWS
+ Develop API/microservices to automate reusable components
+ Standardize and automate security operational procedures and processes
+ Maintain and enhance IaC (Security) scanning solution
+ Translate cloud security controls into OPA rules
+ Research cloud services, identify event pattern and build event based controls
+ Build IaC templates for repeatable deployments across key cloud providers
+ Develop policies and enforcement for securing AI
+ Design & Develop AI agents to improve team productivity and user experience
Desired Background / Knowledge / Skills:
+ Strong Software Development experience with demonstrable proficiency in one or more languages – Python(preferred), Java, PowerShell, etc.
+ Working knowledge of infrastructure concepts and administration (Linux or Windows, DNS, Network, Firewalls, etc.)
+ Extensive experience and advanced knowledge with one or more hyperscale cloud providers - Azure (preferred) , GCP, AWS, OCI, etc.
+ Thorough understanding of Infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools -ex. Terraform, , ARM, etc.
+ Proficient with security concepts in general and how they apply to cloud deployments
+ Working knowledge of containers and Kubernetes orchestration
+ Proficient with Devops toolset & practices ( CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins, Jira, Rally, etc.)
+ Working knowledge of Agile and SDLC
+ Experience developing REST APIs and microservices architecture
+ Strong experience coding with Cloud APIs and SDKs (preferably in python)
+ Demonstrate Security first mindset
+ Self-motivated, team player who demonstrates initiative and flexibility
+ Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt, train others
+ Self organized, ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in Information Technology field
+ 5+ years of software development experience, with Python and public cloud
+ 5+ years of experience in public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working with AI code assistants
+ Experience with using and supporting AI/ML models and services
+ Experience developing AI agents
+ Developer/Architect Certifications in Azure
Education:
+ Masters Degree in Computer Science

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
