Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Join our team to assist with chrome plating operations. You will be involved in placing parts on racks for chemical dipping, operating robots to apply chrome finishes, and transporting parts to the next department. Your role will also include using bead blasting machines for preparation and inspecting parts for quality. This position involves working around chemicals and requires the ability to lift and handle metal parts throughout your shift.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with chrome plating operations and handle parts on racks.
+ Operate robots for dipping racks and chrome plating.
+ Transport parts to the next department on the production line.
+ Use bead blasting machines for part preparation.
+ Inspect parts for quality assurance.
+ Utilize computers for tracking completed work.

+ Comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Work Environment
Work in a large manufacturing environment that can be loud, requiring ear protection. Safety measures include wearing safety glasses and close-toed shoes. The chrome plating area has a light chemical smell. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 2:30am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.11 - $20.11/hr.
