We have a great opportunity for you to join our Technology Services Designer I/II role in our Madison office.
Job Description:
In this role, you will convert system design concepts into specific layouts by interpreting information set forth in basis of design as well as information gathered from Project designers, users, other consultants, field surveys and code research.
Expertise of our most successful Technology Services Designer:
1+ years’ experience or training in building systems design - technology/low voltage electrical systems.
Proficiency in Revit MEP or AutoCAD.
Understanding of building systems spatial requirements and design coordination.
Effective skills to help you flourish:
Revit Family Development
Experience with Electrical and/or Building Technology Systems infrastructure.
Knowledge of NEC, TIA, BICSI standards.
Experience with or willingness to learn Smart/Intelligent Building Technologies.
Experience with or willingness to learn Physical Security Systems (access control and security video).
Experience with or willingness to learn Audio Visual Systems.
Experience with or willingness to learn Information Technology Network infrastructure (switches, servers, wireless) and security.
Strong verbal communications skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work individually and within team environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-6 years of Revit experience
Need to have proven punctuality, fast learner (they are taught something and they learn it vs. asking the same questions over and over, easy going / easy to get along with
Quality is a big one - attention to detail and does a quality job and deadline drive

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
